Men Indonesia Average Five-Sex Couples Change

Sexual Wellbeing Global Survey conducted Durex revealed the fact that the average man in Indonesia change sex partners as much as five times, while women only twice.

The survey also mentions, as much as 13 percent of Indonesian men are not faithful to the spouse. This figure is higher than the number of men are not faithful in the United States (10 percent) and Britain (8 percent).

In addition, this study also mentioned that 1 in 5 people in Indonesia who are in a relationship admitted to not knowing whether their partner had suffered from sexually transmitted infections (STIs). These facts are causing the risk of disease transmission is becoming increasingly high.

"Most couples find it taboo to ask her partner, whether the couple had a contagious disease. Especially for couples getting married, ask an infectious disease is considered rude," says consultant sexual problems, Dr. Boyke Dian Nugraha SpOG, in a press conference at the Senayan area, Jakarta, Wednesday (11/30/2011).

With high rates of sexual partner of unfaithfulness and dishonesty will the illness, the transmission was not inevitable. Sexual Wellbeing Global Survey is a survey conducted by Durex in 39 countries over the last 15 years. The new Indonesian dikutsertakan in the survey this year, considering the number of users large enough Durex in Indonesia.

Durex surveyed as many as 29,003 men and women aged 18 years, whether married or not. In Indonesia, the number of respondents who were involved reached 1015 people.
